The hotel is clean, nestled in the nice building with very amiablestaff. The room is brand-new and modern with a/c. The cost is US$ 57. The location is absolutely perfect and there is a train station close to the property.

The rooms here are top-notch, all new and equipped with AC. They even provide a wake-up call service. 🌞 the location couldn't be better, right by a casino. the interior design is quite charming and pleasant.

The building looked new and modern, and the bed was very comfortable. the bathroom was nice, with a refreshing shower. the air conditioning was effective, which was a plus during the hot weather. the hotel had strong and free wifi, and it was conveniently located near a tram stop and the main train station.

The check-in process was inconvenient, as it had to be done at a different hotel. It would be better if the check-in could be done electronically or at the same location.

The hotel's location near a busy highway can be convenient if you prioritize easy road access. Some rooms have comfy beds and modern furniture, with an electric kettle, instant coffee, and a rainfall showerhead in the bathroom. There's even a tram stop nearby that connects to the center and main transportation hubs.

The electronic check-in terminal can be frustrating when it's not working, and guests have to go to another hotel for their door card.

The room was tastefully decorated and modern with a great walk-in shower. the complementary water bottles and coffee/tea were a nice touch. the hotel was conveniently located near two big restaurants and the two-way tram stop. It was easy to get around and explore the surrounding area.

The noise level was high due to its proximity to a busy street. the room felt too warm and I had to use the air conditioning even though outside it was still cool.

The location was also a key point, with easy access to public transport.

We found the room and hallways to be uncomfortably hot, despite the outside temperature being less than 10°C. While air conditioning was available in the room, it never should have been necessary to use it at night.

my second stay in olomouc was even better than the first thanks to 4 smart. the modern rooms, comfy bed, and effective a/c made my stay enjoyable. plus, the location near the tram stop and train station was super convenient.

Vending machine for snacks/drinks would've been nice.
